Scholar Smarts Supports Community Development Initiatives The mission is to improve the quality of lifestyle through workplace readiness, digital literacy, college preparation and family engagement trainings. Scholar Smarts was founded October 2010 as a result of a grass roots initiative featuring Saturday workshops for youth at church based events. It has now grown into a well known organization with many success stories.
