Care Beyond the Boulevard

Care Beyond the Boulevard provides free medical care to Kansas City’s homeless and uninsured on both sides of the state line. Five days a week, CBB provides free on-site medical and mental health services to the homeless, uninsured and other vulnerable Kansas Citians, either at one of 9 weekly and 4 bi-weekly clinics, two of which are a clinic bus that visits several homeless camps around town. Services offered include acute care and routine care, dental care, physical therapy, case management and respite care and are totally free. Patients are not required to show any identification or insurance, they just have to walk up and receive the care they need.
